Hello! I’m Aimee, a devoted yoga & meditation student, teacher, and mother of two living on the Gold Coast, Australia. I am a devoted practitioner of Traditional Hatha Yoga, of the Sri Vidya lineage. My daily meditation practice brings stability and consistency to my life - I cannot imagine life without it. When I'm not teaching, I'm usually studying, at the beach with my beautiful family, and making the most of this incredible blessing that is life. :-)
