TRADITIONAL HATHA YOGA
Based on the Moon Sun Fire practice philosophy, this lineage-based class is designed to progress your practice beyond Asana only. Moving the body slowly + powerfully through deeply intentional sequences, cultivating the ultimate energetic conditions to lead you to beautiful meditative experiences. Alchemising within the body states of calm-radiance.
Postures are categorised and practiced according to their energetic impact + orientation of the spine. Sequences designed to either Calm + Stabilise (Moon), Uplift + Vitalise (Sun) or Illuminate (Fire).
Practicing "Sarvangha Sadhana" principals, (complete practice), each class includes Postures, Breath and Meditation + is suitable for all levels.
GENTLE HATHA
A nourishing and intentional practice of movement and stillness to lead you inward.
This class begins with a series of carefully sequenced dynamic yet gentle postures to give you ‘just enough’ movement before longer holds in floor-based restorative postures.
This energetically mindful class honours the Moon, Sun, Fire practice philosophy and is a "Sarvangha Sadhana" (complete practice): each class includes Postures, Breath, Meditation as well as Mantra, and is suitable for all levels.
